"Packed really well"

"Show dog supplies were out of stock again"
I checked Cherrybrook for some show dog supplies it was disappointing. A bunch of the stuff I needed wasn’t available, brushes, sprays, even basic grooming items. They make it seem like you’ll be able to get what you need for shows, but when it actually matters, so many things are out of stock. I had a show coming up and didn’t have time to keep waiting around for restocks that may or may not happen, so I just ordered from somewhere else.

I ordered a few grooming items from Cherrybrook, and the best part was that the stock they showed online was accurate. Everything I picked said it was available, and it all actually shipped without any surprise cancellation emails later.

It seems like a simple thing, but it makes shopping so much easier when a site just works the way it should. My order arrived in good shape, I got what I needed, and I didn’t have to follow up with anyone. I’d shop there again.

My order showed up much later than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I ended up having to contact support just to figure out where it even was. after all that hassle, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I don’t know if I just ordered at the right time or what, but my cherrybrook order shipped really fast and showed up earlier than I was expecting. Tracking seemed to update like normal, and the box was in good shape when it got here. Nothing much to say beyond that, honestly, it was just easy and hassle-free.

"Felt like just another order number"
I ordered from cherrybrook.com thinking I might be getting a better deal, but it didn’t feel worth the price in the end. The items were okay and nothing was wrong with them, but they didn’t really stand out enough to make the cost feel justified. Shipping added more than I expected too, which made it feel even less like a bargain. The whole experience also felt a little impersonal, like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer. Maybe it’s fine if you need something really specific, but for everyday pet stuff I’ll probably shop around for somewhere cheaper next time.

"Easy exchange, just a bit slow"
I had to exchange a dog grooming blade because my dumb ass ordered the wrong size. The return page was actually easy to follow, and support got back to me the next day, so that part was no big deal.
I did have to pay to ship it back, which I get, but it was still annoying as hell. The replacement showed up about a week later. Overall, the whole thing went smoothly enough, just wasn’t exactly lightning fast.

I ordered from Cherrybrook once and actually liked what I got, so I went back later to buy the same thing again. But of course, it was out of stock. Then it happened again with other items. At this point, something feels off because it’s hard to trust that anything I like will be available next time. Makes repeat orders feel kind of pointless

"Decent stuff, but the prices don’t really add up"
The products are fine, so I don’t have a big complaint there. But the prices feel a bit higher than what I’ve seen on other sites for similar stuff. I get paying more if there’s a clear reason, like better quality or faster service, but I didn’t really see what the extra cost was for. Just feels like it should be a little more reasonable.

"Pretty disappointing quality ."
I ordered a few things from cherrybrook.com , and the quality really let me down . One item felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out of the box , and another looked like it had already been used . For what I paid , I was expecting a lot better . I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again .

"Poor updates after ordering"
I ordered from cherrybrook.com and, to be fair, my items did eventually show up. But the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be because the communication was weak.
After I placed the order, I barely received any updates and had to keep checking on things myself. The shipping information came later than expected, customers shouldn’t have to chase down basic order details after spending money.
Customer service did get back to me eventually, but the response wasn’t exactly quick. I just think they need to take more accountability for keeping people informed from the start. I’m not saying I’d never order again, but I definitely won’t be in a hurry to.
